Representative Saddler moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                               
following be returned to the Finance Committee:                                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
    CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 145(L&C)                                                                                              
    "An Act relating to loans in an amount of $25,000 or less; relating                                                         
    to the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System and Registry;                                                                 
    relating to deferred deposit advances; and providing for an                                                                 
    effective date."                                                                                                            
                                                                                                                                
Objection was heard and withdrawn.  There being no further objection,                                                           
CSHB 145(L&C) was returned to the Finance Committee.
